Motte Collection – Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your Motte Collection purchase! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read below for our return and exchange terms.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Final sale, custom, or discounted items (30% off or more) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:

We’ll reply within 2–3 business days with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Once approved, please ship your return within 7 days of receiving authorization.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
3. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit instead.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact support@mottecollection.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

We cannot accept returns on:

Intimates, bodysuits, or accessories (for hygiene reasons)

If you received an item as a gift, we can issue store credit for the return value once the item is received and verified.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
