Orders

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Once shipped, you should receive your order within 3-7 business days. Delivery times can vary based on your shipping destination. We offer delivery Monday - Friday via UPS. We DO NOT offer delivery on Saturdays. Orders placed Friday- Sunday will ship out the following business day, excluding holidays.

Express orders (UPS 2nd Day) must be placed before 10am on Monday - Friday to be processed that day. Any express order placed after 10pm PT Monday - Friday or on Weekends (Saturday-Sunday), will be processed the following business day.

If you would like to change the contents in an order, please contact our customer service team at support@mottecollection.com. Depending on when the order is placed, we may or may not be able to change or cancel orders.

We currently accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay (on mobile only), PayPal, Affirm, and ShopPay.

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax and customs duty (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value, and displayed in checkout.

We currently offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit instead.

All sale products are Final Sale. When an item is final sale we do not allow returns unless an item is received damaged.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation with your order number. If you have a customer account with us, you can track the status of all of your orders in your account. When your orders ships out, you will receive a tracking number.

Typically orders take anywhere from 5-7 business days to ship out from our warehouse. If you have not received your order please contact our customer service team at support@mottecollection.com

In order to receive an order next day, orders must be placed by 1PM PT and overnight shipping must be selected as your shipping method.

We do not offer Saturday delivery.

No, we currently only offer shipping within the U.S. Please sign up for our newsletter to get notified when we go worldwide!

Please reach out to our customer service team if you believe you package is lost/stolen. We will file a UPS claim on your behalf two weeks after the expected delivery date. Please note these claims can take up to 31 days to process after they are submitted. If the package has not been located after 31 days we will move forward with next steps. MOTTE is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that note delivery confirmation to the correct shipping address.

Returns

Contact our customer service team at support@mottecollection.com for any returns.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the day after your order is delivered for a full refund. Any return received to our warehouse after 30 days will be returned to sender.

Returns can take up to 14 business days after delivery to our warehouse to process. Upon return being processed, your refund can take around 2-7 business days to reflect depending on your banking partner.

Any merchandise discounted is final sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted for final sale merchandise. Items that qualify as final sale are noted on their product page. No price adjustments on past purchases.
